We are a licensed health professional social services provider with diverse skills and experiences in providing quality health care. Our Adult Family Home is licensed for Mental Health Speciality, Developmental Disability Speciality and Demential speciality. We assist our residents by providing medication management, social activities, companionship, Care collaboration with Primary Providers, Dementia care, help with activities of daily living (ADLs), social life and much more.
